To meet your companies goals, we will use a uniqe fusion of technology and design. Each team member contributes his or her specialized area of expertise to each project. That way our clients get the best design, programming, copywriting, marketing, and search engine optimization from one place.

The Acer Design Team

Jason Goldblatt - Owner
Owner Jason founded Acer Design in November 2001 to serve the needs of the small business, professional, and artist communities. Jason recognized that there was nowhere for this community to turn for reliable technical expertise and design. Acer Design aims to fill that need. Jason has, in addition to four years and running Acer Design, five years of professional experience in software, interface design, and web site design. He graduated from Oberlin College in May of 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

Jocelyn Desmarais - Director of Operations
Jocelyn brings 8 years of technical, business process, and management experience to the Acer Design team. Jocelyn attended Bay Path College where she studied Marketing and Consumer Behavior. She served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Electronics Technician. After her time on the USS Roosevelt, she joined Solectron Technology where she spent three years working as an electrical and industrial engineer, streamlining their manufacturing process, developing and implementing a Manufacturing Execution System and a corresponding training program. Jocelyn then accepted an offer to work at First Union corporate headquarters as a Business Analyst and Project Manager during the beginning stages of the First Union/Wachovia merger. Most recently, Jocelyn managed a team of 20 data administrators at US Foodservice. In addition to managing this team, she has created processes and procedures that streamlined US Foodservice's data management.

Jenny Cardoza - Senior Designer
Over 3 years of experience in the marketing field and 4 years in the design field with an expertise on corporate identities, marketing campaigns, and web site design. Jenny has a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies from Salisbury University, and a Masters Degree in Publication Design from The University of Baltimore.

Justin Watts - Junior Programmer
Graduated from Anne Arundel Community College. Justin has degrees and certificates in Web Technology, Computer Information Systems, and PC Repair. He found his niche in web design about 3 years into his college education. Justin loves creating and programming web sites using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and has over 2 years experience doing so. Having worked with and for small businesses for over 7 years, Justin has grown very attached to the small business community, and understands their need to exist on the Web. Now working for a small business to help small businesses meet and satisfy that need feels like home to him.
